Erin's Surprise Bridal Shower!

3 weeks till Erin's wedding and plans are in full swing.... even secret ones. An idea from Dale grew into lots more plans and in just a few short weeks we had a special weekend planned for Erin that was all a surprise.
Erin flew into Sydney on Friday and spent the day with Carley then on Saturday afternoon we had a Surprise Cupcake Decorating Party with just the Bride to be, her bridesmaids and mum!



With pink, gold and sweet treats galore we chatted, giggled, created, and nibbled the afternoon away.

Once the girlie cupcake party was over all the dads and cousins showed up ready for a BBQ and lots more chatter and laughs. Erin then stayed one more night in Sydney before flying home on Sunday afternoon - A FUN surprise weekend.

South West Rocks holiday!

Home from holidays... a lovely, relaxing and fun break for our little family. We picked strawberries, swam, bush walked, saw the sights, swam, fished, jumped, swam, played putt putt, walked, swam, played in the sand, ate and swam the week away. So much fun was had that Harris was rather angry at Matt when he started to pack up the caravan!

Fireman Harris turns 3!

What a fun night with one very happy little 3 year old fire fighter!! Just a few happy snaps for those who couldn't make it.



We had to bring the party indoors due to all the rain but it still went off without a hitch... just a little bit of last minute furniture rearranging :)




The drink bottles were a hit along with the snack of popcorn, pineapple, red frogs, lolly bananas & marshmallows. That's the healthy diet of all firefighters right?


A HUGE thanks to Uncle Greame for lending us all his firefighter gear.



I was pretty pleased with the cake in the end - not perfect but it got the tick of approval from the birthday boy and that's all that matters.
