Our change in routine!

As of this week our routine has had a bit of a change around. Heather, who was working with Fliss in the playroom at Tanya's place on both Tuesday and Thursday's, will now only be doing the Thursday's so she can pursue other things which has meant we have had to do a bit of switching around of days to make it work fairly for Fliss and everyone. So starting this week Felicity is with us on Monday's, Thursday afternoons and Friday's then every second weekend. The other days she is obviously at Tanya's house.

So we took the opportunity of not being in the playroom this weekend to get out and about and took both Milla and Harrison to feed the ducks at Lake Parramatta. Milla loves ducks and will point one out in a book or picture before we have even spotted it so she was suitably impressed with having the 'real thing' swimming on the water in front of her.

We couldn't quite get her to understand the bread we had brought along was for the ducks to eat and not for her but in the end we decided this way we wouldn't have to give her a big dinner....

The Stretch Limo!!

Even though Milla is up to walking quite happily and confidently by herself now - a long walk to the shops and back is a bit too much to ask of her so luckily we have been 'handed down' the Peetz families old double stroller. It looks allot like a stretch limo and I don't think Milla has worked out just yet that Harrison is hiding in his little spot behind her but it is perfect for getting out and about.

If we make a walk to the park or somewhere a daily occurrence then I think I have found my source of daily exercise too!!

Harrison the leprechaun!!

So the rule is: if you do it for one child then you do it for all children...... including painting their hands and feet for prints to include in their baby books.
Tonight was Harrison's turn...

Doing his foot prints was easy enough

but trying to get him to spread his hand out for a print after it was painted was impossible

oh and keeping his painted hand away from his face was tricky too....

It was straight to bath time after this with dad while I cleaned up green paint that managed to end up everywhere!!

Territory Trio!

This Thursday just gone was the first time our new 'family car' was used for our up-sized family!! I picked up Miss Fliss from the wharf at 3:30 and then piled all three Costin kids into the back of Tonka the Territory to head home again. It was so funny seeing our big car so full I just had to snap a photo with my phone (not a great quality photo).

Cheeky Milla Monkey!

Once again the giggles give it away - I have now learnt if I hear giggles coming from another room in the house that I need to grab the camera because there is a good chance I'm about to catch the person behind the giggle doing something cheeky! This time I was in Milla's room putting away clothes when I heard the giggles..... and this is what I found! Note how every time my voice goes a little serious Milla's giggle gets louder!!! Cheeky!!

Harrison the celebrity!

After coming home from hospital and once all little people were settled and in bed I took the chance to check my emails and do a quick post on my Giggleberry blog about Harrison's arrival. The next day I woke to an email from the author of a Australian handmade items blog, which I do product reviews for, letting me know that she posted on the blog announcing the new addition to the 'Giggleberry family' so all the readers would know the news.... check it out HERE - how sweet of her and how funny that at day 3 of Harrison's life he's on the web!!
